About

Hello, I'm Vivien.

My story

I was sixteen and home alone.

My brother was in hospital for chemotherapy. Soon after, my mum was admitted herself, her lungs having collapsed from stress. And me? I ran the household, studied for my final exams and had one goal: finish well. Keep going. Function.

Functioning was something I could do. I had learned it early. I was ten when my dad died of cancer.

What nobody asked me back then – and what I never asked myself: what do you actually need?

01/The Answer

The answer came quietly.
First from my mum.

While she was still in hospital, and my brother was fighting cancer, she started pressing her first juices and choosing organic deliberately. Small things. But for the first time I felt it: health is not a given. It is a decision, every single day.

While other people partied or switched off during Corona, I sat in lectures and read my way through studies on metabolism, stress and hormones. And as I learned all of this, my own body showed me how serious it is: years of constant stress threw my hormones completely out of balance. Only when I understood how strongly they respond to what we ask of them did anything change.

Together with my mum, who is an Ayurveda coach, I found my way back. I learned to think Western health knowledge and holistic approaches together, instead of playing them off against each other.

02/My Work

My story became
my work.

My brother beat cancer. And at some point it was me training him, with my own plans in my own app. The girl who once had to function alone at home had become the woman who gives other people structure.

I have been self-employed for over eight years, from the first day of my degree. I hold a Bachelor's in Business Psychology and have accompanied hundreds of women and entrepreneurs, from South Korea to the Dominican Republic. I give corporate talks on stress regulation, de-escalation and burnout prevention, and coach people 1:1 in regulating their stress and leading themselves well. Most recently, on a scholarship, I explored how busy women can regulate stress sustainably.

I work holistically: blood markers and metabolic analysis, movement, nutrition and recovery, connected with behavioural and business psychology.

Expertise

Experience that holds.

  • Over 8 years self-employed – from the first day of my degree
  • B.Sc. Business Psychology
  • Hundreds of women and entrepreneurs coached – from South Korea to the Dominican Republic
  • Corporate talks: stress regulation, de-escalation, burnout prevention
  • Blood markers & metabolic analysis, movement, nutrition, recovery, connected with behavioural and business psychology

03/The Pattern

And again and again I see
the same pattern.

Ambitious women who carry everything. Who perform, deliver, function – just like I once did. Who want to feel vital, beautiful, dynamic and feminine, and still find themselves in front of the fridge at night, wondering why they are compensating again.

I don't just ask what you do. I ask why. Instead of blame, we look for the source. Instead of stricter rules, we build routines that hold you. And because I know these patterns from my own experience and from hundreds of coaching journeys, I often see early when old habits start creeping back in. Then we steer against it before it pulls you backwards.

Pole pole.

In October I stood on Kilimanjaro with a team of entrepreneurs. It was the first mountain of my life, and the first time I had chosen one for myself.

The way up follows a single rule: pole pole – slowly, slowly. It isn't the fastest who arrives, but the one who stays in their own rhythm. Up there I understood where real self-respect is born: in the moments when we set ourselves something and keep going, especially when it gets hard.

That is exactly how I work with you. Step by step. Together. In the right direction.

Soft Discipline

Confidence is built in private.

Keep your promises to yourself, even when no one is watching.

My approach

A mentor.
Not an authority. Not just a friend.

I offer guidance and expertise, but I don't make your decisions for you. I'm honest when it matters and by your side when it's hard. My aim is for you to trust yourself again.

Values

Movement

Movement as an expression of aliveness.

Growth

Growth at your own pace.

Aesthetics

Beauty in simplicity and in detail.

Self-awareness

Seeing yourself, honestly and kindly.

You don't have to carry any more.
You have to find out what carries you.

So let me ask you the question nobody asked me back then:

What do you really need?
